My name is Elizabeth and I am moderating Dr. David R. Hawkins' most recent book "Healing & Recovery."

Let's first give a great big huge "thanks" to Dr. David R. Hawkins, Susan, Scott, Misty, and all the spiritual students here for making it possible for us to take this collective journey together as we truly live this transformational material. It is such an incredible honor and blessing to have arrived at this place along side all of you in this life.

For me, reading this book has been dislodging and bringing up stacks of shadowy belief systems, lifetimes of programming, positionalities, fears, and a whole gamut of emotions. It is so often startling to me as this process experientially manifests as conflict, strife, and even illness.

We look forward to knowing others who are metamorphosing as we integrate this powerful information and work to transcend the levels of consciousness.
