1 Let go trying to control and change others
2 Let go of wanting to get even

4 Practice discernment (find the essence) rather than judgmentalism
5 Be modest with opinions – silence opinionation
6 Perfect diplomacy skills and gentility
7 Be gracious and considerate
8 Keep serenity as a goal
9 It is ok to be “wrong” or undecided
10 Calibrate options, be flexible
11 It is not necessary to have an opinion on everything

let me see what is going on with family and I will let you know! have never met a cyber friend in physical reality, Clarksville is about half way, there is a river downtown with a pretty walkway, Tomorrow there is a back to school bash as part of the Kitchen Sink Series that MCC's Glema Center (glemacenter.org) is throwing; six local bands, will be outside but I am thinking to go for awhile. I have a daycare in our home and my husband is the director of the Glema Center, We have three sons, Ryan 24, Evan, 16 and Wm 14; four dogs and two cats. I am on Facebook sometimes. Husband Brad graduated from Antioch? in Nashville, gosh, probably 77. Come see a show, our treat!

Aw, I'm adding ya as a friend. Oh yes, Did you read the chapter in Truth vs. Falsehood with all the calibrations of various musical and graphic artists and genres? I find that incredible, and it just resonates with me.

And the chapters on Movie calibrations is awesome! I made sure to rent The Big Blue after I read that it was at 700 ! Then the video store sold it to me for $10, after I was pretty much continuously renting it!!

I didnt' go to the lecture! Was it awesome? I'd love to know more about it!
