Community Guidelines
*************************************************************
We want this to be an easy way for you to network and connect with other Hawkins' students. In order to facilitate this connection, a few guidelines:
1) Please do not send mass emails to the members unless they are part of a group you facilitate on CP.org (and the email originates from within your group's "Send email to group" functionality). Members have reported that they don’t like the clutter of mass emails and feel their privacy is invaded by being spammed in this way.
2) Please refrain from advertising any products or services on CP.org. You can network with each other and support one another, but no fundraising, peddling your wares, or other solicitation.
3) Groups can be established for study groups or spiritual practice groups only. All other groups will be deleted.
4) Please do not post images or other spam-like paraphernalia to members’ walls. We hear repeatedly from members that this is not appreciated and some find it offensive.
If you have questions, contact the CP.org Administrator.

New to the CP.org social network?
*************************************************************
Welcome! We're glad you're here. :) We invite you to set up a profile and join the study group in you area (you may
search for a study group by zip code; some groups have signed up for a page within the social network as well to coordinate their group's activities.
Find them by city here).
1.
Set up your profile page. Click on "My Page." Tell us about you, your experience with Dr Hawkins' work, start a blog,
add widgets, have fun customizing your page! After you set up your profile, you may upload photos, blog, network with other students, invite friends to join the network, etc. (Click "My Page" to set up these features.)
2.
Post a photo. We know some of you prefer near-total anonymity, and that's fine ... for the rest of you, we'd love to put a face with a name. :) It strengthens the community and our sense of connection to each other.
3.
Join a study group. You can find a study group in your area by using the
study group locator and
searching to see if your local study group has set up a group here on the social network. There is currently
one virtual Hawkins study group and
A Course in Miracles group that is open to all community members.
4.
Start a study group. Can't find a group in your area?
Start one!
If you're interested in started a physical study group in your local area, this article (prepared by a fellow student) may be helpful:
How to start a study group. This article has been reviewed and approved by Dr. Hawkins.
Finally, if you do start a study group, please be sure to be sure to add your listing to our search listing (so other students in your area can find you) by clicking "Click here to add or modify your study group" at the above link.
5.
Join a community group. Besides study groups, we also have a group for
coordinating travel for upcoming Hawkins lectures, a
virtual prayer group that has weekly meetings where you can submit prayer requests and come together for meditation and prayer, and new groups are forming all the time!
